DEBIT CARDS branded with an VISA/MASTER CARD logo can be used to purchase online.But indian banks mostly provide “maestro” debit cards which are useless for online purchasing of goods,verifying paypal account and other online transactions.
Even VISA branded cards of indian overseas bank cannot be used to buy or verify paypal.
SO WHICH ARE THE DEBIT CARDS WORKING?
KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK DEBIT CARDS,AXIS BANK DEBIT CARD,STATE BANK OF INDIA YUWA ATM CARD.
