This post is about how to use the same program under many user accounts in a single time.generally its common in people to multiple email or instant messenger account like gmail,yahoo messenger,skype etc.so in such circumstances you are unable to use all these accounts at the same time in your computer.so to solve this you have to follow a simple step.

Create many user accounts in your computer with administrator privilages for eg. user 1,user 2,user 3 etc.for doing that In the Windows start menu, you have a “control panel” option and in there is an option called “User Accounts”. This is where you maintain your Windows accounts, including the main administrator account.
