Bad breath or halitosis may be embarassing when you are in a public and talking to your friends.Your friends may feel discomfortable talking with you due to the chronic bad breath from your mouth.So in that case you might be ashamed for your mouth smell.So how to cure bad breath from your mouth.
1.Stop smoking and alcohol,drugs if you over do it.Poor daily oral hygiene may also cause bad breath.Using mints and mouthwashes may be a temperory solution only.The tobocco in your cigarette is an important reason for bad breath.
2.BRUSH!!!The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends brushing your teeth and tongue with a fluoride toothpaste at least twice a day. The ADA also recommends at least once daily flossing.
3.Have a medical checkup.Because issues in your stomach may also cause bad breath.
4.Drink more water and often.
5.Use chewing gums,that will clean your teath removing some tartar and breaking up the gunk on your tongue. It also tends to have a pleasant aroma, making it temporarily seem more pleasant.
