For this you have to first save his/her numbers under a contact in your android mobile phone.Now under the contacts list, you have to select the number you want to block and then tap on the options menu which will display an option to set the incoming calls from that number directly to your voicemail so that you will escape from the caller and also can block the number from calling you.
